Chili

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (46 oz.) Western Family Vegetable Juice
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (30 oz.) chili beans
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 heaping Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin

Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook beef, onion, celery, and garlic in skillet over medium heat, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer.
