Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
46 oz. can Western Family Vegetable Juice
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/8 tsp. celery salt

Salt and pepper the ground beef while browning with the onion. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer.
