Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts in water finely chopped
(*take off outer layer and cut off tips)
1 cup mayo
1 can green chilies (mild)
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sliced Baguettes, buttered and broiled to crisp up.

Thanks! I absolutely loved this and could have eaten it all! I'll have to wait until my diet is done, but at least I have something really good to look forward to. I love that you have this blog. There are so many recipes that I'm going to try out.
