I love to serve these for luncheons or bridal/baby showers. Serve as a sandwich filling in a croissant.
Ingredients:
1 cup chicken cooked and diced (or use all white canned chicken)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
